- Administrative Intern: Under the mentorship and guidance of the President & CEO, the Administrative Intern will support and lead a variety of projects across Main Line Health, collaborating with multiple departments, functions, and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with minimal supervision to manage assigned projects and deliverables, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and sound judgment.
- Partner with project sponsors to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring timely completion and thoughtful evaluation to build management‑level competencies.
- Participate in high‑level meetings related to strategic planning, community health improvement, budgeting, quality, patient experience, and other operational priorities, as assigned.
- Apply project management methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma principles, to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizational goals.
- Develop core professional and leadership competencies, including business acumen, organizational communication, relationship‑building, and executive‑level professionalism.
Position: Administrative Intern
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday
Duration: 10 weeks
Experience:
Interested applicants must be enrolled in an accredited (Ex: CAHME, CEPH) graduate program pursing a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Nursing (MSN), or another health or business-related field.

Hourly Rate: $31.13 per hour
Please Note: Interns would be responsible for all costs related to lodging, travel, and meal expenses for the 10-week program.
