About the Role
Design packages that consider perceived value, aesthetic appeal, and branding direction throughout the product development cycle. Develop packaging concepts through brainstorms for toys and branding statements. Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student. Students graduating in Spring 2026 are NOT eligible for Fall 2026 co-op opportunities. Co-op assignment can be either a required or optional requirement for graduation. Must be available to work full-time as a co-op from July - December 2026 Creative and conceptual thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail A brainstorming mind to produce package concepts through sketches and explanations Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mentality Openness for improvement through personal goals and constructive feedback Knowledge of 2D CAD & 3D in ArtiosCAD and SolidWorks Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
