About the Role
The intern will support the Facilities area by participating in continuous improvement projects focused on critical systems and utilities that support Clean Rooms (HVAC, chillers, compressors, electrical systems, UPS, among others). Analyzing information from the maintenance system (CMMS). Following up on preventive maintenance plans. Performing failure analysis and supporting predictive maintenance initiatives. Assisting in the definition, monitoring, and reporting of maintenance KPIs. Preparing technical reports and project progress presentations. Supporting documentation, standardization, and improvement of maintenance processes. Contributing to digitalization initiatives within the area, while complying with company safety, EHS, and confidentiality policies. Active university enrollment (mandatory). At least 70% of coursework completed in Industrial Maintenance or Electromechanics. Intermediate English level (B1/B2). Availability to work 30-32 hours per week at the Cartago plant (on-site).
