About the Role

About our group:

Global Talent Development is part of Seagate's Human Resources organization, and the team supports the growth and development of employees by identifying and addressing the learning and development needs within Seagate. The team is responsible for designing training programs internally or partnering with external training vendors to address the needs. 

About the role - you will:

  • Collaborate in the design and development of global and regional learning and development programs. 

  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities. 

  • Connect with external training vendors to deliver training programs. 

  • Lead the coordination and administration of learning programs, such as scheduling, logistics, and tracking employee participation. 

  • Evaluate the various learning programs to determine their effectiveness and areas for improvement. 

  • Co-facilitate learning programs together with team members. 

About you:

  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders & exercise communication skills. 

  • Have a passion for learning and professional development. 

  • Have a positive attitude and be willing to take on new challenge 

  • Able to commit a period of minimum 6 month (June to December) 

Your experience includes:

  • Currently Pursuing Degree in Human Resources / Business related courses 

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office 

  • Basic data analysis skills (excel vlookup) is an advantage 

  • Possess strong organizational and project management skill

Location:

The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass transportation to work.
