Marketing Intern / Junior Marketing Coordinator
(Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid (Adams County, PA / Frederick County, MD / Carroll County, MD)
Schedule:
- Intern: 10–20 hrs/week (semester) or full-time summer
- Recent Grad / Junior Marketer: 25–40 hrs/week
Compensation: Paid, hourly — commensurate with experience

We’re looking for a hands-on marketing intern or junior marketer who wants real responsibility, real output, and real experience.
This role blends creative production and business execution — telling our story, engaging our community, and supporting sales and growth initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content
- Create and schedule content across social platforms
- Capture and edit short-form video and static content
- Assist with content planning and basic performance tracking
Photography & Videography
- Capture photos and videos at job sites, events, and community activities
- Edit and organize digital assets for marketing and sales use
Copywriting & Messaging
- Write captions, short-form content, email copy, and basic web content
- Support brand voice and message consistency
Community Engagement
- Support local events, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Help document and promote community involvement
Sales Enablement
- Create and update marketing materials used by the sales team
- Assist with testimonials, reviews, and case studies
Who This Role Is For
Intern
- Currently enrolled college student (marketing, communications, media, business, or related)
- Coursework, projects, or personal experience in content creation
Recent Graduate / Junior Marketer
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of relevant marketing or communications experience
- Comfortable taking ownership of defined tasks and projects
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently with guidance
- Reliable transportation for local events or site visits (as needed)
Nice to Have
- Canva, Adobe, or video editing tools
- Photography or videography experience
- Basic understanding of marketing or sales processes
