About the Role:

We are seeking a Media Performance Measurement Intern to join our Media & Analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of media strategy, advanced analytics, and AI-driven innovation. The intern will contribute to building next-generation tools leveraging generative and agentic AI, machine learning, and automation to transform media performance measurement and optimization.

You will collaborate with data scientists, media planners, and technology teams to deliver actionable insights that shape client marketing strategies. This internship provides hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks, media analytics methodologies, and real-world projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Performance Measurement: Analyze and evaluate campaign performance across channels (ROI, engagement, reach, conversions) to identify optimization opportunities.

  • AI & Agentic Solutions Development: Assist in designing and implementing AI-driven tools and intelligent agents for media analytics, leveraging generative AI and automation frameworks.

  • Media Mix Modelling (MMM): Support the development of econometric models to optimize media spend allocation and forecast campaign outcomes.

  • Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA): Contribute to attribution modelling to assess the impact of various touchpoints on customer journeys.

  • Machine Learning Applications: Work on predictive modelling, clustering, and segmentation to enhance campaign insights and personalization.

  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries to communicate insights effectively.

  • Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics outputs align with strategic objectives and explore emerging technologies for media measurement.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, or related fields.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering) and data science techniques.

  • Exposure to Media Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, and/or SQL for data analysis.

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Bonus: Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, chatbot development, or NLP.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Positive learning attitude, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
