About the Role

Job Description Summary

GE Vernova internships offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on and experience through challenging projects, learn from some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the business and network with a variety of talented professionals.

Job Description

- Support Quality team in Quality Assurance & Quality improvement programs/activities in manufacturing environment

- Get a chance to lead / co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence
- Learn industry quality tools, eg. problem solving methods, FMEA, SPC, 6-Sigma,

- Learn on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools, conduct RCA and Quality Audits

- Be exposed learn and execute Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business

- Learn and perform data collection and apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving

- Initiate Kaizen ideas & work with a team to implement the ideas

- Be exposed to power generation services, manufacturing & related industry

- Be exposed to quality tools eg calibration programs, audit programs, manufacturing process controls, inspection technologies.
