About the Role
<div style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Poppins, ;"><p><strong>Job Descriptions:</strong></p><ul><li>Actively source candidates through various channels,&nbsp;including social media platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.</li><li>Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.</li><li>Maintain and update the internal recruitment database.</li><li>Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology,&nbsp;Human Resource Management,&nbsp;or a related field.</li><li>Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong understanding of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in English.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Positive,&nbsp;adaptable,&nbsp;and team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Passion for people,&nbsp;culture,&nbsp;and development.</li><li>Availability to work in a hybrid setting.</li></ul></div>
