About the Role

Intern KYC Operations


Position Summary
 

This role is within our Corporate Operations team, specializing in Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering. The KYC Operations function is specialist in, but not limited to, onboarding and customer risk assessments generating MI reports, SLA and critical metric execution, quality control and quality assurance execution. KYC Operations will also be responsible for Operational training design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to KYC operations execution related workflows in KYC Operations team
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of KYC Ops team
  • Learn and gain knowledge on London Stock Exchange’s and Refinitiv’s product offering
  • Build-up and maintain good relationships with internal/external clients
     

Candidate Profile / Key Skills

  • Part / fully qualified in a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Financial Management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software package
  • Excellent command in English, both written and oral
  • Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
