About the Role

About the Role

We are a high-growth, fast-paced fintech operating in a dynamic and highly regulated environment. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day people operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, documentation, and induction coordination

HR Operations & Administration

  • Support employee records management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with contract preparation, filing, and HR documentation
  • Update and maintain HR systems and trackers in real time

Performance & Employee Experience

  • Support performance management cycles
  • Assist in organising learning, engagement, and wellness initiatives
  • Respond to basic employee HR queries and escalate where necessary

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics
  • Support payroll inputs, Odoo leave tracking

Projects & Ad-hoc Support

  • Support HR projects such as policy updates, culture initiatives, and process improvements
  • Assist with special assignments in a fast-changing business environment

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Recent graduate of  Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience and/or exposure in HR practice
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to wear many hats at the same time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and HR systems
