Job Description


We are looking for Consulting Analyst Interns for Lancia's Emerging Analyst Program (LEAP). You will work on live projects that drive real impact for businesses and gain exposure to business analysis, client engagement, and technology implementation — including projects that may involve accounting-related processes and ERP system implementation. This program offers hands-on experience and the chance to apply your analytical skills to real-world challenges. Interns should be able to commit full-time for a minimum period of 6 months, between May to December 2026.



You can expect to:


  • Receive highly personalised coaching from experienced consultants, gain exposure to live client projects, and build valuable industry skills.
  • Support Business Analysis and Solutioning by conducting research, gathering requirements, analysing data, and presenting findings — to internal stakeholders or, where appropriate, directly to clients.
  • Support Client’s Business Transformation through collaboration with clients and project teams to produce deliverables such as functional requirement documents, test scripts, training materials, and other project activities. This may include work on accounting-related processes and ERP system implementation.
  • Develop Stakeholder Engagement by building relationships with both clients and internal teams, and confidently articulating and presenting ideas.
  • Contribute to internal growth initiatives that align with our ambitions and culture.
  • Adapt to changing project needs, taking on tasks in other business areas as required.


We are looking for people with:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, business processes, and implementing technology solutions.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and self-direction - flexible, adaptable and resilient in changing circumstances; Being a quick and effective learner, able to understand new concepts quickly and use them to support client work; willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems.
  • Have high interpersonal and communication skills - high self-awareness, mindful of speech and actions and its impact on others; able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Effective business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Embody a growth mindset - receptive to new ideas, diverse perspectives and constructive feedback.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is essential.
