In Alternative Asset Management, Alantra offers its clients unique access to a wide range of investment strategies in five highly specialized asset management classes (private equity, active funds, private debt, energy, and venture capital). As of 31 December 2024, assets under management from consolidated and strategic businesses stood at more than €16.5bn.

Role and day to day tasks

  • Execution of active M&A mandates: Preparation of marketing materials, modelling and valuation analysis, data-room management, etc.
  • Marketing initiatives: Market analyses of different industry verticals, preparation of market, strategic and industry peer analysis, screening of potential M&A targets / buyers, financial valuations, etc.
  • Business development: Recruiting initiatives, marketing of the firm and development of the Alantra Nordic team

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience at a leading investment bank or M&A boutique
  • Strong academic background with demonstrated quantitative skills and well-developed knowledge of financial terms and concepts
  • Skills in a Nordic language (native level), English (excellent writing and speaking skills) and a third European language is a plus
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and standard business/financial databases
