What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Experience & Data Analysis: Assist with Channel Product Management work, including participating in customer experience sessions and analyzing data to assess customer usage and transaction behavior.
- Technology Research & Exploration: Research emerging technologies, such as AI, to identify potential opportunities for enhancing our digital channels.
- Content Management & Support: Assist with maintaining intranet and public web content for our channels, including FAQs, to support new and existing customers.
- Reporting & Presentations: Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholder and project updates, communicating key findings and recommendations.
- Competitive Benchmarking & Customer Satisfaction: Help research competitor offerings and track customer satisfaction across our digital channels.
- Velocity Internet Banking Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of how Velocity Internet Banking works and its role in delivering a superior customer experience.
Who you work with
The Channels team within Product Development & Channels is dedicated to creating and enhancing our digital banking platforms. You’ll work alongside experienced product managers, designers, and analysts in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

- Open to learning and feedback
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to analyze data and identify key trends
- Currently pursuing a degree in Banking and Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Eager to learn about channel product management and digital banking.
Learning Objectives
This internship will provide you with:
- Channel product management domain knowledge, including a deep understanding of how Velocity Internet Banking works.
- Practical experience in analyzing customer data and identifying areas for channel improvement.
- Exposure to emerging technologies and their potential applications in digital banking.
- Development of analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
