About the Role

Position Purpose:

We seek individuals for a rotational opportunity as a Co-Op. This opportunity includes
rotation over 2-3 semesters in the areas of Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Elastomers.
The position will start work full time during the Summer/Fall or Fall semester 2026. This is an excellent
opportunity to gain understanding in multiple areas of engineering.

 

Essential Functions:

Hendrickson's Co-op is focused on training and development of students interested in
engineering positions. You will have the opportunity to learn: time studies for
machining/packaging, work with shop floor employees to resolve engineering or safety related
issues, assist with equipment/process troubleshooting, CNC program control files, upgrade of
computerized maintenance management systems, completing Operator Detail Sheets (ODS),
FEMA's, Control Plans and 8D corrective actions.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Requirements for the position include a minimum GPA of 3.0 and sophomore status. This would
be ideal for IET/MET/DET students.
