<div>IVX Health is seeking a motivated Partnership & Strategy Intern to join our Growth team for a paid summer internship at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN. This in-office, Monday–Friday role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to corporate Partnership & Strategy while supporting meaningful projects that impact daily operations and long‑term strategy.<br><br></div>

<h3>Role Purpose</h3>
<p>IVX Health is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to support the Partnerships & Strategy team within our Growth organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare strategy, finance, and operations while working within a fast-growing, patient-centered infusion services organization.</p>

<h3>Essential Job Functions</h3>
<p><strong>Payer Strategy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the development and execution of IVX Health’s payer strategy</li>
<li>Assist with data analysis and specialty infusion and injection services</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to financial analyses and business cases that support innovative contracting models and new product offerings</li>
<li>Help prepare summaries and materials to support leadership decision-making</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Health System & Pharmaceutical Partnerships</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support IVX’s partnership strategy for Health Systems and Pharma manufacturers</li>
<li>Develop key collateral (preliminary economic models, presentation materials, value prop messaging, etc.) to support the roll-out of new partnership models</li>
<li>Analyze operational, financial, and clinical data to produce usable insights that will help drive IVX’s efforts to deepen Pharma manufacturer partnerships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Development Opportunities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Development of financial, analytical, and communication skills in a real operating environment</li>
<li>Participating in Lunch & Learn sessions and development opportunities with executive leadership to gain insight into organizational strategy, leadership, and career</li>
<li>Gain Insight into how strategy translates into execution in a high-growth healthcare services company</li>

<h3>Essential Qualifications and Competencies</h3>
<h5>Education and Experience</h5>
<ul>
<li>Current MBA candidates or graduate students (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA, MS in Finance, Analytics, or related fields)</li>
<li>Interest in healthcare strategy</li>
<li>Prior internship, campus leadership, or relevant work experience preferred but not required</li>
</ul>
<h5>Functional and Technical Skills</h5>
<ul>
<li>Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Academic or practical experience in finance, accounting, business, economics, healthcare management, or a related field</li>
</ul>
<h5>Core Competencies</h5>
<ul>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently</li>
<li>Exercises good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information</li>
</ul>
