<p>&nbsp;</p> <div> <p><strong>Full-Time Summer Internship</strong> | June 1st - July 31st, 2026 | Onsite: Brentwood, TN</p> </div> <div>IVX Health is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team for a paid summer internship at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN. This in-office, Monday–Friday role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to corporate Talent Acquisition and Learning &amp; Development while supporting meaningful projects that impact daily operations and long‑term strategy.<br><br></div> <div><em>Application Window:</em><br>The application period for this internship runs through <em>February 27, 2026.</em> After that time, we may close the posting as we transition into the interview and selection phase.</div> <div><hr></div> <div> <h3>Role Purpose</h3> <p>The HR Intern will participate in a rotational internship supporting both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) over an eight-week program, spending four weeks with each team. This role provides hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle by assisting with recruiting operations, training support, and HR system optimization while developing core professional and organizational skills.</p> <hr> <h3>Essential Job Functions</h3> <p><strong>Talent Acquisition Rotation (4 weeks)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partnering with a TA team of 4, supporting the recruitment efforts across 150+ clinics</li> <li>Assisting TA team with sourcing and engaging with candidates across Greenhouse, indeed, and LinkedIn</li> <li>Reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and creating job postings.</li> <li>Work on projects regarding ATS Optimization and CRM usage</li> </ul> <p><strong>Learning and Development Rotation (4 weeks)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist L&amp;D team in tracking new hire progress through orientation</li> <li>Partner with trainers to develop basic training documentation</li> <li>Inventory current e-learning courses in our LMS</li> <li>Support Learning &amp; Development initiatives by developing a glossary of terms and acronyms for new hires, cataloging and tagging e-learning courses, and reviewing training materials to identify broken links or outdated content</li> </ul> <p><strong>Development Opportunities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gain hands-on experience in Learning &amp; Development, exposure to HR best practices, and mentorship from HR and business leaders in a fast-growing</li> <li>Participate in Lunch &amp; Learn sessions and development opportunities with executive leadership to gain insight into organizational strategy, leadership, and career</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>Other Duties</h3> <p>This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the role.
