Job Description

The Mobile Video and Analytics Department is seeking a technically adept individual to join our team as an Intern - Technician. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product portfolio and customer networks, coordinating directly with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical incidents via ticketing systems and direct customer interaction to ensure product functionality.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a customer advocate, maintaining critical relationships and communicating specific technical issues across internal departments.

  • Knowledge Management: Proactively track unresolved issues and contribute to the internal Knowledge Base to improve future troubleshooting efficiency.

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage previous experience in engineering or technical support, specifically focusing on extensive PC and networking troubleshooting.

  • Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills to translate complex technical issues for both customers and internal teams.

  • Operational Agility: Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.

  • Compliance: Ability to obtain and maintain necessary CJIS security clearances as required by specific agencies.

Target Hourly Base Salary Range: $20.70 - $24.10 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

  • All Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree program in a related field of study.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
