<p><strong>Description:</strong><strong><br></strong>The <strong>Intern, People Operations</strong> will support the People Operations team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience across multiple People Operations functions. This role assists with maintaining employee records, HRIS data management, onboarding and offboarding support, recruitment coordination, and general People Operations administration. The Intern will work closely with People Operations team members to ensure accurate documentation, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience.</p>
<p><em>Responsibilities:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Support Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data cleanup, maintenance, and organization</li>
<li>Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS, including extracting, consolidating, and uploading personnel files</li>
<li>Organize, maintain, and audit employee personnel files</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, shadowing People Operations team members throughout these activities</li>
<li>Coordinate and assist with all-staff meetings and employee events</li>
<li>Support job fair/recruitment events by setting up, attending, and engaging with candidates</li>
<li>Assist with candidate tracking and interview scheduling</li>
<li>Contribute to People Operations initiatives such as employee engagement programs and the monthly People Operations newsletter</li>
<li>Learn and follow daily workflows, processes, and expectations within the People Operations department</li>
<li>Support day-to-day People Operations administrative tasks, including data entry</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Qualifications/Requirements:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Available to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV for the duration of the program (May–August)</li>
<li>Current college student enrolled in a degree program, or a recent college graduate (within one year post-graduation)</li>
<li>Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or prior experience in Human Resources</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a safe and verifiable driving record</li>
</ul>
