Job DetailsJob Location: Dayton, OH 45420Position Type: InternshipTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Bachelor of Social Work Internship NYAP OhioRise Case Management Internship: Dayton, OH National Youth Advocate Program is accepting internship applications for the Summer, 2026 and Fall, 2026 to our OhioRise Team in Dayton. In this role you will get hands on experience working with our OhioRise clients. This opportunity is for students enrolled in a Bachelor of Social Work Program in an accredited College or University Applications will be accepted through 02/23/2026. Your Internship Experience may include:  Working with outpatient mental health clients in the community, in the office/school setting/community based. Assisting with Intake team and outreach to new families. Learning CANS Assessments Assisting with Program Development Working in case management Learning diagnostics assessments and treatment plans Assessing and engaging with youth Observing interventions for youth Interacting with caregivers, parents, foster parents, school staff, office staff and other mental health professionals Learning documentation and paperwork. Traveling daily, to provide community-based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications Must be enrolled in a Bachelor of Social Work Program in an accredited College or University Must be willing to travel when needed throughout the following counties: Allen, Auglaize, Logan, Hardin, Shelby, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Madison, Miami and Greene. Must be 21 years of age at the start of the internship Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
