About the Role

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provide support to assigned department(s) on various projects
  • Collaborate with other teams to complete tasks and develop solutions
  • Gain exposure to various environmental services and vegetation management roles in a professional setting
  • Participate in process improvement and automation projects as needed
  • Learn the technology of the assigned department(s)
  • Network with various teams within the company
  • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings

  • Position may require limited travel

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements:

  • Career interest in the assigned department(s), or in the environmental services or vegetation management industries
  • Ability to work with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations
  • A collaborative, motivated attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products utilizing the latest operating system
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning and patience
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors

Education, Certification & Experience Requirements:

(The minimum level of education obtained, certifications held, or experience in years acceptable for the role.)

  • High School Diploma
  • Current enrollment in a Secondary Education Program, in a field related to the position being worked

Other Preferred Requirements: (driver’s license, CDL, pesticide or herbicide license, CPR or first-aid certified)

  • Class 5 Driver’s License with less than 6 demerit points

Physical Characteristics:
