Partner with ALO’s Marketing Technology and CRM teams to design customer journeys that blend wellness, personalization, and measurable impact.</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW142203390 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p>The ALO internship programs starts June 8th and ends July 31st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong><em> </em></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Analyze marketing funnel performance and recommend optimizations</span></span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Work with analytics and engineering teams to ensure </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">accurate</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet"> data flow between platforms (Salesforce, Braze, or similar)</span></span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Assist</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet"> in building dashboards that track campaign performance and ROI</span></span></li>

<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">MS in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field</span></span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data visualization tools</span></span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Familiarity with CRM systems, campaign tools, and marketing attribution models</span></span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></span></li>

<p>The base pay range for this position is $45/hr-50/hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.</p>
