Winter Internship Program Overview

The Winter Internship Program is a 6-week, Sydney-based internship held in June – July (subject to university requirements). As a Winter Intern, you’ll get exposure to the full investing process, researching companies, evaluating opportunities, and contributing to real investment decisions.

You’ll play an integral role on a dynamic deal team. You’ll analyze industries, assess business strategies, and explore competitive dynamics to help identify value and risk. Our collaborative model ensures that everyone has a voice at the table and an opportunity to shape investment perspectives. Over the course of the internship, you’ll gain a deep understanding of what it means to think, and act, like an investor.

Who We’re Looking For

• Final year undergraduate students (all degrees and majors) with a strong academic record (cumulative distinction or higher)

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills

• An interest in business strategy, financial markets, and investments

• Please note applicants must be authorised to work in Australia
