This project aims to decode the genetic circuitry of human immune cells by analyzing high-dimensional perturbation datasets.This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site. The OpportunityBy applying rigorous statistical methods, the research focuses on interpreting and analyzing cell states to determine how genetic interventions drive phenotypic shifts.
