About The Company
Since 2012 we’ve been on a mission to elevate insight to decision making. We started in a tiny office above a pub in Bermondsey, with more paper clips than employees (we had 3 paper clips). We now operate globally, with offices in London and New York, and a team of specialist researchers, commercially trained strategists and multi-disciplinary creatives. As a business we’re on a mission to elevate insight to decision making. To achieve this, everything we do is strategically driven and creatively charged, because research can and must drive real business decisions and deliver real commercial value, but insight can achieve nothing if it doesn’t bring people with it and excite them as to the possibilities. Our team is made up of specialist researchers and commercially trained strategists, who work together to deliver rich learnings and actionable implications. Our in-house creative team ensure we go beyond the deck to inspire and excite you and your stakeholders. We operate as an extended workbench, building a close high trust partnership with you so that we deliver maximum impact in collaboration together. Our proposition, methods and processes are all designed and built with our clients to ensure utility. Our approach to research is about putting people at the centre of everything that we do. Using behavioural science and economic principles, we engage people in a way that reflects how they really behave and think. We also ensure that you, your stakeholders and other agency partners are immersed in the work, making sure you are able to be as close to the learning process as possible. We champion diversity to help us unlock new ideas. You’ll see this reflected in the people we speak to, how we recruit and the team that you work with. We do all this to help you make impact, so that together we can elevate insight to decision making.
About the Role

Oh, hello! Thanks for being here. Let us introduce ourselves.

At The Mix Global we’re on a mission to make insights famous for the world’s leading brands—not famous in an ego-driven way, but famous in the sense that the most effective marketing outputs are rooted in human, cultural and behavioral insights. We want to ensure the most pivotal understandings are properly socialized inside companies and across partners.

Since 2012, The Mix has been combining the best of qualitative research, strategy, and creativity to inform human and cultural understanding, brand positioning, marketing campaigns, product innovation; the list goes on.  Based in London and New York City, but operating globally, we work with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Diageo, Nike, LEGO, New Balance, PepsiCo and Foot Locker.
