About the Role

Job Description

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers. You will learn how a full corporate recruitment cycle works—from sourcing talent to managing interviews and supporting candidates through every step of the journey.
This internship provides broad exposure to Talent Acquisition.

 

Your responsibilities
Under supervision and with ongoing support, you will assist with:

• Schedule interviews and introduction meetings between candidates and hiring managers. 
• Review candidate resumes and assess them against job requirements.
• Conduct short phone screenings using predefined criteria.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey by communicating feedback and reinforcing ICL’s employer brand.
• Keep candidate records and recruitment data accurate and up to date in SuccessFactors.

 

What you will learn and be involved in

During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will learn how to actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, and you’ll be introduced to advanced interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods. You will join job intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help shape recruitment strategies. Throughout the process, you will collaborate closely with TA, HR colleagues, and business stakeholders. 
You will also learn how to provide tactical and operational recruitment advice and contribute to employer branding by crafting compelling job descriptions and helping position vacancies in the job market. 

 

Research project opportunity
You may also participate in a research project on improving recruitment efficiency across Europe. This includes exploring:
• How automation, AI tools, data insights, and employer branding can improve hiring efficiency while staying compliant with EU regulations.
• How ICL can adopt new recruitment trends such as skills-based sourcing and respond to the market shift from a candidate-driven to a company-driven environment.

 

About you
• You are Interested in recruitment, or HR
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program
• Able to commute to the office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English, and/or Dutch
