PRIMARY MISSION: 

The trainne will participate in the daily activity of the AXA IMA HR team, providing support on diverse projects. 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: What is expected of you? 

Engagement:

  • Assist in creating and editing content for internal communications channels, such as newletters, emails, and social media posts related to campaigns. 
  • Regularly review and update the HR information on the intranet (ONE), ensuring all content is current, accurate, and aligned with AXA Spain´s policies. 
  • Help organize and coordinate logisitics for event days, including preparing material, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution. 
  • Gather feedback from participants post-events to improve future engagement activities. 

Learning & Development: 

  • Assit in drafting and formatting calls for nominatios for varios learning programs, ensuring clarity and adherence to templates. 
  • Track and complie participation data for learning activities, creating reports for management review. 
  • Supoort the completion and uploading of external training templates, ensurin all required information is accurately entered into the system. 
  • Help coordinate registration processes for external training sessions, including sending invitations, confirming attendance, and managing follow-up communications. 
  • Support the processing of training payments by preparing necesarry documentation and liasing with PAs and Expenses teams to ensure timely reimbursement. 

Onboarding:

  • Preprare onboarding materials, such as welcome kits, presentations, and orientation schedules. 
  • Conduct initial onboarding sessions with new hires, providing them with essential information about company policies, culture and processes. 
  • Assist in organazing onboarding day activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing spaces, and coordinating with relevant deparments. 
  • Gather feedback from new hire regarding their onboarding experience and suggest improvements. 

Project follow-up: 

  • Serve as dedicated point of contact between different stakeholders, facilitating involving the team. 
  • Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing projects or initiatives involving the team. 
  • Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations for team meetings or management updates. 
  • Support the coordination of team activities, meetings, and training sessions. 
  • Help identify areas for process improvement within team task and suggest solutions. 

 

PROFILE: What you bring to the role? 

 

Studies: 

  • Degree in Psycholoogy, Bussiness or Communications or pursuing a Master in Human Resources. 
  • With the possibility of signing an intership collaboration agreement with the school. 
  • Previous experience in working in international envioronments or an Erasmus experience would be a plus. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Analytical capabilities
  • Organizational skills and sense of responsability to follow-up on tasks and deadlines. 
  • Proficiente in Microsoft Office, especially powerpoint. 

Personal competencies: 

  • Proactivity and initiative. 
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different topics and people. 
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, both in Spanish and English. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Customer centric. 

Qualifitactions: 

  • Proficient in English (at least C1)
