About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Admin & Business Support Assistant to join our internal team for a short-term internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in administrative support, business coordination, and day-to-day office operations. The role is part-time and ideally suited for someone in the final years of university studies (preferably in Business Administration, HR, or related fields).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with organizing internal documentation, forms, and candidate records
  • Help coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update internal tracking systems (e.g., candidate status, onboarding progress)
  • Draft emails, templates, and simple internal communications
  • Provide general support to the HR & Recruitment team as needed
  • Assist in formatting and organizing job descriptions, internal forms, and document templates
  • Participate in process improvement and documentation initiatives
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable using online platforms and tools (Google Workspace, Trello, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English and Greek
  • Availability to work part-time on a short-term internship basis (ideally 3–6 months)
