About the Role

Job Description Summary

As a Summer Intern - Test Automation, you will join a Scrum team developing CARESCAPE patient monitors. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring product quality and patient safety by creating automated test cases and supporting a variety of testing activities in close collaboration with experienced testers. You will work in an environment where asking questions and sharing ideas is encouraged, helping you learn and grow effectively. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated test cases for patient monitors using Robot Framework—develop your skills in modern test automation practices.

  • Participate in other testing activities as prioritized by the team—learn the functionality of the patient monitors in depth.

  • Work in both Windows and Linux environments—broaden your technical and IT expertise.

  • Contribute to documentation and other Scrum team activities—grow into a reliable and collaborative team member.

  • Take ownership of your tasks and follow through to completion—develop your ability to drive work forward with accountability.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in health technology, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field

  • Experience with Robot Framework

  • Curious, eager, and fast learner

  • Persistent mindset and willingness to experiment, fail, and learn

  • Proactive approach to navigating complex tasks

  • Interest in improving ways of working, including experimenting with AI tools

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Valid EU work permit

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with the Linux command line

  • Hands‑on experience in scripting or programming, preferably in Python

  • Experience working with Git

  • Experience in Agile way of working
