About This Opportunity

As a Product Marketing Intern on InComm's Financial Services team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multifaceted role while developing your skills in product management and marketing with InComm's Financial Services team. This position is best suited for college students pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


The Marketing team manages Cardholder Experience which compiles any channels a cardholder can reach out for support (web, IVR, social media), brand/media, and paid advertising.


Responsibilities

  • Analyzing test results including conversion rates, customer behavior, etc.
  • Leverage data insights, competitive analyses and consumer insights to recommend ways to improve and optimize consumers’ digital user experiences
  • Manage projects and tasks in a fast paced, dynamic culture working across multifunctional teams

Qualifications

To carry out this role successfully, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Currently a junior or rising senior pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 3.0 GPA and above
  • This remote year-round internship requires students to work 20 hours per week as part-time employees.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or related field as we are looking for you to solve real world problems.
  • Knowledge of analytic tools such as Power BI, Excel, Word & PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for product management and marketing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Must be self-motivated, ability to prioritize effectively and not shy away to seek guidance when you are blocked on a task.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing school, work and personal.
