Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow Account Managers and participate in client-facing and internal meetings to gain real-world exposure

  • Support data management initiatives and assist with special projects across teams

  • Collaborate with team members on day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

  • Learn the proposal process and present a proposal to the intern team at the end of the internship

  • Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry, brokerage operations, and client service models

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program

  • Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professional
