MBA Internship, Corporate Strategy & Operations 2026

<p>A24 is currently seeking a highly-motivated MBA student for a 10-week summer internship on the Corporate Strategy and Operations team. The ideal candidate is someone who is solution-oriented, well organized, intellectually curious, and a team player. This position is based in our New York office with a target start date in June 2026.</p> <p>Initial Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal teams &amp; external partners to grow a portfolio of joint ventures and new business initiatives at A24 (details provided in interviews)</li> <li>Identify and implement processes to help improve corporate team operations</li> <li>Create high-level company materials (e.g., board decks, lender presentations, etc.)</li> <li>Support COO and corporate team on various ad hoc projects (e.g., market research, analysis of organic &amp; inorganic growth opportunities, vendor / partner relationships, etc.)</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Studying at a top MBA program</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mentality and comfort with ambiguity</li> <li>Ability to translate strategy into execution</li> <li>Demonstrated organizational agility</li> <li>Exceptional project management capabilities</li> <li>Effectiveness in balancing efficiency and precision</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Unflappable, solution-oriented team player</li> <li>Proactive mindset &amp; a willingness to take on a range of projects</li> <li>Humble, diligent, and resourceful</li> <li>Passionate about media &amp; entertainment</li> </ul> <p>This internship will be full time hours for a 10-week duration and a target hourly range between $35-$40.
