About the Role

ABOUT US

We’re one of Canada’s largest pension investors, with CAD$299.7 billion of net assets as of March 31, 2025.

We invest funds for the pension plans of the federal public service, the Canadian Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Reserve Force. Headquartered in Ottawa, PSP Investments has its principal business office in Montréal and offices in New York, London and Hong Kong.

Capturing and leading complex global investments requires us to work as one to seize valuable opportunities, in close collaboration with some of the world’s top companies. At PSP, you’ll join a team of motivated and engaged professionals, dedicated to propelling our organization further than ever before. In Budget 2023, the Government of Canada announced that PSP Investments would act as the independent and exclusive investment manager for the Canada Growth Fund (CGF) a $15 billion public investment vehicle that was established to support the growth of Canada’s clean economy and help to meet its national economic and climate policy goals. Following this, PSP Investments has incorporated CGF Investment Management (CGFIM) for that purpose. CGFIM is providing the full suite of investment management services to CGF covering the entire investment process pursuant to an Investment Management Agreement (IMA).

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Canada Growth Fund Investment Management (CGFIM) team manages the C$15bn Canada Growth Fund, which invests in Canadian projects and companies accelerating the transition to a lowcarbon economy. Our work supports the deployment of innovative technologies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions while delivering economic benefits and attracting private capital. Our investments span areas such as clean technology, carbon capture, hydrogen, electrification, renewable natural gas, and critical minerals.

The CGFIM Legal Affairs team partners closely with investment teams to support transactions and manage legal risk across the Fund’s activities. The team offers broad exposure to highquality, complex transactions and provides a unique, endtoend view of CGFIM’s business and strategy, working alongside experienced professionals and leading external counsel.
