The Intern, Main Warehouse will support inventory accuracy and process improvement by analyzing inventory issues, reducing and speeding up driver transactions, and helping minimize short and over discrepancies. The role also assists with route reconciliation, driver communication, and general operational support.

This is a 6-month Internship Program, and will begin on May 11, 2026

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...

  • Reviews Route transactions and investigate discrepancies. 

  • Reviewing different reports related to Route transactions and Route inventory 

  • Investigating customer’s discrepancies and correcting invoices through our internal CITS process.  

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business/Administration, Warehouse and inventory management or related field;

  • Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;

  • Have previous related internship experience (an asset);

  • Are detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated and willing to take initiative;

  • Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners, quickly building relationships;

  • Experience in food manufacturing, health & safety (an asset);

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Formulas, macros, power queries, etc.);

  • Master Office suite programs and applications;

  • Have strong time management and organizational skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.
