Reports To: Construction Manager (Facilities & Projects)

What You’ll Do

As a Construction Management Intern, you’ll help support active projects by assisting with:
Daily project coordination
Planning, scheduling & documentation
Site visits, inspections & progress tracking
Review of drawings, specs & design documents
Vendor communication & material tracking
Weekly project reports for leadership
Organizing project files, permits & compliance documents
Team meetings & contractor interactions

This is a great opportunity to experience the full project lifecycle — from planning and design to construction and closeout.

What We’re Looking For

Current students or recent grads studying:
• Construction Management
• Engineering
• Architecture
• Facilities Management
• Or a related technical/trade program

Plus:
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Basic understanding of construction principles (preferred)
• Willingness to learn in an active jobsite environment
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Work Environment

You’ll split your time between the office and active construction sites — gaining exposure to real equipment, real contractors, and real project challenges. Must be able to walk sites, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
