What are the primary responsibilities in the Intern – Graphic Design position?

 

Working with our management and publications staff. We are looking for a self-starting individual with a passion for making quality content that promotes products and services in the electronics and software fields. This individual must be able to work independently or in small teams and create content based on a broad range of inputs, likely from several people.  Duties may include (but not limited to) video creation and editing, photography, diagrams, layouts for promotional handouts, and web page development.

 

 

What required background will make you successful?

 

  • Experience with video and image editing and processing tools
  • Experience creating content for 3rd party customers
  • Interest in doing and learning what is necessary to create effective sales promotion content
  • Ability to learn new tools on the job, while doing a project
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

 

 

Preferred skills:

 

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut
  • Experience with web design 
  • Aptitude for understanding use cases for complex electronics and software products

 

Where is the position located?

This position is located at our Tucson, AZ Headquarters.

*The likely salary range for this position is $20 to $22 per hour. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
