About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome guests with a pleasing smile
- Receive and take care of special guests
- Give the required information about different areas of our hotel to the guests
- Promote the services provided by our hotel
- Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
- Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Student majoring in Hospitality Management or Equivalent
- Language: English / Vietnamese, written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language
- Computer: Microsoft Office
