Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct market research and business / investment feasibility on platform M&A deal opportunities.
  • Assist the team in macro & research support to maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data.
  • Assist the team in constructing financial models for support investment decisions and strategic planning.
  • Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.
  • Assist the team in preparing business / investment approval materials.
  • Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises.

Job Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Skills in using Bloomberg will be advantageous.
  • Possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a positive attitude and passion to acquire new knowledge.
  • Individual who is detail-oriented, meticulous and able to identify the big picture.
