About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Independently manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process for overseas clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Handle the issuance of sales invoices, system entry, and payment application to support the achievement of clearance targets.
  • Assist in customer credit management tasks, including data compilation and preliminary analysis.
  • Participate in monthly accounts receivable aging analysis and report preparation, conduct follow-up and collection activities to help meet collection targets.
  • Independently handle settlement-related inquiries and coordinate communication via email with overseas sales teams and clients.
  • Participate in the optimization of accounts receivable processes and the implementation of digital tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

About You

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., PivotTables, common functions). Experience with Python or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Passionate about finance, a quick learner, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Prior relevant finance internship experience or ongoing pursuit of professional qualifications (e.g., CPA/ACCA) is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin as a working language.
