As an HR Intern within Talent Acquisition, you’ll play an active role in shaping our talent strategy and supporting key HR initiatives. Your focus areas will include:
- Early Talent Initiatives: Help us connect with future leaders through job fairs, campus partnerships, and creative outreach campaigns.
- HR Professional Journey Project: Contribute to a strategic HR development program designed to strengthen career paths within our organization (project scope launching Feb–March 2026).
- Recruitment Support: Gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment for critical business roles.
