This individual will build, coordinate and build strong relationships with<br>customers, and maintain our reputation for exceptional service in the freight brokerage<br>industry.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong><br>Main responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following:<br>1. Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.<br>2. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions<br>and/or alternatives.<br>3. Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.<br>4. Creating and presenting proposals and pitches to prospective clients.<br>5. Negotiating terms and closing deals to bring in new business for the company.<br>6. Coordinating with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange for timely and<br>cost-effective transportation of goods. This includes managing shipping documentation and<br>negotiating freight rates.<br>7. Coordinating with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange for timely and<br>cost-effective transportation of goods. Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, transportation, or a related field is<br>preferred.<br>2. Command in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills.<br>3. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.<br>4. Knowledge of computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases.<br>5. Detail-oriented and organized.<br>6.
