About the Role

OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO 

Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) proativo(a) e organizado(a) para integrar nossa equipe de Atendimento ao Cliente. Nesta função, você terá a oportunidade de aplicar conhecimentos acadêmicos, colaborar com profissionais experientes e contribuir para a eficiência operacional da empresa.  

 

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES 

  • Atualização de bases de vendas da área de atendimento ao cliente; 
  • Acompanhamento das solicitações de amostras (desde a chegada do pedido até entrega no cliente); 
  • Emissão de ordens (sucatas, amostras, scrap e devolução) no sistema SAP; 
  • FUP com área de Planejamento e clientes das rotinas de atendimento; 
  • Apoio na rotina dos analistas e assistentes da área de atendimento ao cliente. 

  

CONHECIMENTO, HABILIDADES E EXPERIÊNCIA REQUERIDA 

  • Estar cursando graduação em áreas:  Administração, Marketing, Logística ou áreas correlatas.  
  • Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel.   
  • Habilidades analíticas para interpretação de dados e indicadores.  
  • Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
