About the Role

Early Careers Technical Assistant Intern

As a Technical Assistant Intern in Aon Bermuda's Launch program, you’ll join our Financial Services/Management Lines team supporting brokers and client managers. This role offers hands-on experience in broking operations, compliance, and client servicing while building a foundation for a career in risk and insurance consulting.

What the day will look like

Provide technical and administrative support to brokers and account managers.
Manage premium receivables, prepare invoices, and ensure timely payments to carriers.
Maintain and update databases and internal systems for accuracy and compliance.
Assist in creating presentations, compiling statistics, and preparing client deliverables.
Ensure accuracy of legal documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
Communicate daily with brokers and internal teams to support client needs.

    December 2026 – June 2027 collage graduates with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred)
