Key Missions

1. Support Contract Drafting & Review

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, amendments, and related documents.
  • Help identify key contractual risks in proposals (RFI/RFP) and gather input from internal teams.

2. Contribute to Legal Advisory Tasks

  • Provide first‑level legal support on commercial, corporate, and governance topics under supervision.
  • Participate in research on legal and regulatory developments and help update internal policies and documents accordingly.

3. Assist in Compliance & Data Privacy Activities

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance and data privacy policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, internal controls follow‑up, and corrective action plans.
  • Join interactions with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders when needed.

4. Participate in Training & Awareness Efforts

  • Help prepare and deliver internal trainings or awareness materials on legal, contractual, compliance, or privacy matters.

5. Support Reporting, Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare summaries, reports, and KPIs for management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on specific topics.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to improving tools, templates, and processes.
