Learn how to explain technical features in an easy way to clients.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Work with the presales team to understand the client needs.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Help to provide technical expertise during pre-sales consultations and post-sales follow-up.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Assist the team with setting up, improving, and doing basic troubleshooting on network equipment (like routers, switches, firewalls) in the lab or for testing.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Work with internal teams (sales, engineering) and external partners to help track project timelines and make sure things are delivered on time.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Research new and emerging technologies in our field.
