About the Role

Position Summary  

Bay FC's Business Insights and Analytics team is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to assist with data-driven initiatives across the organization. This 10-week, part-time internship (12-20 hours per week) will be based in our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional evening and weekend event support, from June 9 through August 14.


Responsibilities 

  • Support daily operations within the Business Insights and Analytics department.
  • Complete department-specific projects and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in cohort-wide meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications 

  • High school diploma required; college enrollment preferred.
  • Required to work occasional evenings & match days.
  • Well-organized, self-starting, hard-working, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • High-level communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
  • Thrives in a team environment.
  • Passionate about Bay FC, women's soccer, and women's sports, and willing to continue learning and supporting the organization's mission, values, and goals.


Compensation: 
The compensation for this role starts at $20/hour.

Saturday, July 18: Bay FC vs. NC Courage, 1pm 

Wednesday, July 29: Bay FC vs. Gotham FC, 7pm 

Saturday, August 1: Bay FC vs. Seattle Reign, 5:45pm 

Sunday, August 23: Bay FC vs. Houston Dash, 3pm
