During your internship, you will contribute to:
• Support manufacturing operations of the Global 5500/65007500 luxurious and highly customized interior cabin.
• Coordinate activities to resolve operational issues resulting from released Engineering, component shortages or manufacturing operations.
• Interpret Engineering drawings and the 3D mockup.
• Plan / execute necessary changes to Engineering datasets.
• Assume responsibility for the engineering deliverables and milestones that the department must meet.
During your internship, you will learn:
• Develop general skills Ex: Leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Participate in daily team meetings.
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings.
How to thrive in this role?
• You are enrolled in a mechanical or aerospace engineering program or equivalent.
• You are familiar with mechanical design notions and have aptitudes or interest in stress analysis, materials and manufacturing processes.
• know the CATIA 3D design tool.
• You are creative and a strong problem solver.
• You are interested in business aviation and aircraft interior completions.
• You are fluent in French, spoken and written communication (English is an asset).
• You enjoy collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you adapt easily to changes, and customer satisfaction is your number one priority.
• Be motivated by the challenge and focused on results and problem solving (You will have the opportunity to have an improvement project that you will be the champion and make the presentation.
• Have a good knowledge of creating and developing concepts using drawing and modeling software.
• You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
