Location: Irving, TX or Amarillo, TX
Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Thursday- onsite)
Duration: June to July 2026

About the Internship:
Join our dynamic team for a rewarding and educational summer internship program! We are offering a paid internship opportunity in various functional areas to provide valuable hands-on experience and professional development. This program is designed to offer exposure to real-world projects, mentorship from industry professionals, networking opportunities within our organization, and the assignment & presentation of a business project.
Key Responsibilities:
As a summer intern, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and initiatives in one of the following functional areas:
- Marketing (Brand or Communications): Assist in developing marketing campaigns, creating content for social media platforms, conducting market research, and supporting brand management efforts.
- Business Intelligence: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights for business decision-making. Help develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Operations: Support supply chain management activities such as inventory management, logistics coordination, process improvement initiatives, and supplier relationship management.
- Sales: Assist the sales team by conducting market research, generating sales leads, making calls and sending emails, updating sales records, and participating in meetings. Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations and help maintain client relationships.
- Finance/Accounting: Assist in financial data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records. Support the preparation of financial reports, perform financial analysis, and help with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Engineering: Support engineering projects by assisting with CAD modeling, updating drawings, and conducting experiments. Participate in project planning, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineers to develop and improve products, robotics usage, and processes.
- Human Resources: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations. Support employee relations, maintain HR records, and help with training and development programs.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in testing products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards. Conduct data analysis, report findings, and recommend improvements.
- Cross-functional Exposure: Gain exposure to various business functions by working on rotational projects across different departments. Collaborate with teams to solve complex business challenges and contribute to organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate (junior or senior) or graduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Information:
- Applications are open October 2024 through the end of January 2025.
- Selection decisions will be announced by the end of March.
- The internship will require in-office presence at one of our locations: Amarillo, TX or Dallas, TX,
- This is a paid internship opportunity.
- Interns will be assigned a business project to work on during the duration of the internship.
