What are your contributions to the team?

  • Analyse Parked & Blocked invoices;
  • Resolve all issues preventing us to pay these invoices;
  • Proceed with the follow-up on the payment of these invoices;
  • Create/revise all purchase orders for the parked & blocked invoices;
  • Proceed with demands and follow-up of all prepayment requests;
  • Proceed with the follow-up of open purchase orders with our suppliers;
  • Expedite open purchase orders with our suppliers;
  • Support logistic agents with the completion of slides and documentation for vendor PMR;
  • Help with other related tasks;

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in a bachelor program in business administration, or another related field;
  • You have the ability to work independently
  • You have the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
  • You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Flexible workplace-Hybrid

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
