Department Overview

The Finance Organization is an integral part of the decision-making and problem solving process within Motorola Solutions. It partners with many other disciplines to ensure solid financial strategies, in-depth planning and ethical reporting.


Job Description

We are seeking energized candidates in the areas of Audit, North America Finance, Systems Integration, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Business Development and Accounting.

Finance associates are typically assigned to positions with any of the following responsibilities:

  • Managing customer contracts
  • Preparing risk assessments and recommended reserve positions
  • Forecasting cash flow and revenue recognition
  • Consolidating financial information; analyzing trends and performance
  • Tracking implementation of profit improvement plans.
  • Conducting internal control reviews
  • Recommending corrective actions to management
  • Developing and implementing self-audit procedures.
  • Closing financial records and reporting results
  • Interpreting accounting policies
  • Reconciling and analyzing account balances.


Basic Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance and/or Accounting with graduation date on or after December 2026


Travel Requirements
