Your Role

RPM has experienced remarkable transformation and growth in the brokerage market over the past few years. We’re excited to announce the launch of our Summer Internship program! This 11-week paid internship is designed for college/university students entering their senior year who want to dive into a thriving 3PL business. As a Summer Intern, you’ll gain valuable skills to advance your career, with the aim of receiving a full-time offer upon graduation.
 

Your Schedule

The Summer Internship at RPM will run from May to August 2026. Interns will work in our Birmingham, Michigan HQ from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Please note that this is an in-person position, and we are only considering applicants who will be residing in the Metro-Detroit area during the internship.
